The Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season six housemate, says the initial finalists had considered White Money as the show’s winner.
The 31-year-old Abuja socialite spoke on Monday, following Pere and Angel’s return to the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house.
The show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, had instructed Pere and Angel to leave the house in what appeared to be a fake eviction on Sunday, only for the duo to return about 24 hours later in the white room, where they played the ‘trucks and screwdrivers’ game.
Cross greeted both Pere and Angel with an affectionate hug, saying he was glad to see them make it to the final.
Cross went on to say that before they returned to the house, he and the other two finalists, Liquorose and Emmanuel, had already decided that White Money would take home the N90 million grand prize.
“So you made it,” he said to Pere and Angel, surprised.
“We’ve already declared this one (White Money) the competition winner. He has already won the competition.
“We’re just thinking about who will come in second, third, and fourth.”
Reacting to Cross’ position, Liquorose, the 26-year-old dancer, stated that now that the duo has returned, they are unsure who will win the show.
“Now that we are in the top six, we are no longer certain,” she said.
